08:30 hrs
Meet your English-speaking guide in the hotel’s lobby.
Journey to Sam Roi Yot National Park. Located 63 kilometers south of Hua Hin in the region of Kui Buri district, this coastal national park covers an area of 98 square kilometers with
Limestone Mountains, mangrove swamps, and beaches. It is also home to various kinds of local and migrating birds, which are numerous from November to February. With a large number of ridges, Khao Sam Roi Yot (or the mountain of 300 peaks) stands as a landmark for seamen and also provides a proper shelter for ships during a storm.
Our tour starts with a visit to a pineapple plantation. Then proceed to Bang-Pu fishing village, where we take a boat trip out through the town to the open sea. (Subject to sea conditions).
Take in Bang-Pu’s thriving fishing industry, preparing for the daily catch.
Our 20 minutes boat excursion concludes at a beautiful stretch of beach below the Tham Phraya Nakhon Cave. The cave has a big crack through which a shaft of light reaches and allows the growth of various kinds of plants. Phra Thi Nang Khuha Kharuhat, a Thai style pavilion, presents the most attractive sight to the cave and has become the symbol of Prachuap Khiri Khan. It is a four-porched building first built in Bangkok in 1890 during the reign of King Rama V, then disassembled and moved to the cave where it was reconstructed. Its rooftops were raised by the King himself.
After lunch, you are free to relax and swim.
