HALF-DAY :Hua Hin & Cha-Am Surrounding (Local)

09:00 hrs
Meet your English speaking Guide at hotel lobby.

Visit Hua Hin Railway Station is one of the most famous sightseeing attractions in Hua Hin with a long cultural heritage and Royal connections. Built in the reign of King Rama VI, the station is one of Thailand oldest railway stations. In addition, it is one of the country most beautiful train stations with unique architecture. Its most striking feature is the splendid Royal Waiting Room constructed in the Thai architectural style. The room was relocated from Sanam Chan Palace in Nakhon Pathom Province during the reign of King Rama VI.

Then we will continue to Khao Takiab Meaning literally CHOPSTICK HILL Khao Takiab Hua Hin is dominated by a 272 m high headland that juts out into the sea. It is clearly visible at the southern end of Hua Hin beach.
From below the hill there is Takiab Seafood Market. Here you will find a seafood market that starts late morning and runs all day long, the fishing boats pull right up to the docks and offer their catch to the vendors that dot the roadway. The market is also a great place to take pictures of the local fisherman as they repair their nets. You might also run into a monkey or two that like to scour the market for any scraps. The market is not only set up to supply seafood either to Bangkok and wider Thailand, but also locally.

Visit Hua Hin Fishing Pier.
Hua Hin Fishing Pier is a popular recreational spot and a viewpoint for watching an ocean sunrise or taking in panoramas of Hua Hin town. It remains the center of Hua Hin fishing trade, although to a much lesser extent than in the past. In the evening, locals often come here for a spot of recreational fishing.

Visit Maruekhathaiyawan Palace between Cha-Am and Hua Hin was built by King Vajiravudh (Rama VI) as a seaside summer retreat in 1923.
The Palace is built raised from the ground on pillars and entirely made from teak wood. It’s very attractive architectural style is completely different from that of other Thai Palaces.
The Palace, which is also called, The Palace of Love and Hope is made up of three sections connected by long covered walkways. Two long covered corridors connect the Palace with the beach, one from the King s personal living quarters and one from the women s section of the Palace.

Then return transfer to hotel and free at your own leisure.
