Itinerary

Pick up from your hotel lobby and depart to enjoy a traditional Northern Thai Khantoke Dinner, served on a wooden pedestal tray in the classic Lanna style, while performances of traditional Northern Thai dance and music take place.

Sample regional specialties such as Northern Thai dinner highlights including green chili paste, Northern-style pork and tomato chili paste, stir-fried chayote with salted soybean, local cabbage soup with pork ribs, fresh steamed vegetables, fried pork rinds, Hang Lay pork curry, deep-fried chicken with makhwaen spice, sticky and steamed rice, and Thai fried bananas for dessert.

Relax and enjoy performances of traditional Lanna dance and music, including the Fingernail Dance, Sword Dance, Candle Dance, and Ram Wong, along with hill tribe shows, music, and a firework display. Afterwards, return to your hotel.
