Itinerary
Pick up from your hotel lobby and depart to On Tai Creative Village, a historic community that preserves its age-old folkways of life. Meet your local guide for an introduction to the area, then enjoy panoramic views of Nong Paya Phrom, a natural reservoir at the heart of the village.
Visit Wat Pa Tung, the village temple, home to numerous significant finds including ancient artifacts, Buddha statues, and antique ceramic bowls. Continue to the San Kam Paeng Cup Museum to see artifacts recovered from the temple grounds and watch a demonstration of ceramic artistry.
Lunch is provided at a local restaurant.
Visit Fah Mai Handloom to learn the art of weaving, including natural dye-making from fang wood and jackfruit wood, followed by a hands-on Tie-Dye “Mud Yom” workshop with the village sages.
Continue to the Mulberry Orchard to pick mulberries and sample a refreshing mulberry drink, then take in the panoramic views at Huai Lan Reservoir. Afterwards, return to your hotel.
