How difference between PRIVATE TOUR and JOIN-IN TOUR service?


How can I book your tour package?
Once you have decided on your services required please:
>> Complete the Booking/Reservation form provided and send it to asianplustravel.com
>> Make sure you send us your e-mail address. You will get a reply within 24 hours.
>> We would like to advice you to use the name as appeared in your passport to avoid possible complications.
Note We don't require any deposits at this stage! We will have to check the availability of the services. We will revert to you with all the confirmed details.


What can I expect after I have completed my reservation or my booking?
After completing the booking form, our online agents will return to you within 24 hours. If our online agents have not been able to confirm all details as requested, they will advise you of the elements that have not been able to confirm and offer alternatives. If you are happy with the details confirmed, then you will proceed with the payment process.

How do I know whether my reservation is confirmed?
We will send you a confirmation by email

Do I need to guarantee my reservation with a credit card of deposit?
At the stage of the reservation process you will not need to guarantee with a credit card or deposit. However, after we have confirmed to you the availability, you will be advised of a date that you will need to make a full prepayment for the package.

How do I make payment?

Which credit cards can I use to reserve my trip?
Currently, we only accept VISA and Master Card.

How will I receive my voucher and receipt?
As soon as we receive your payment, we will send you a hotel voucher and invoice by e-mail within 24 hours. This voucher can then be presented upon check-in at the hotel. (Click here for hotel voucher sample)

How can I book several packages?
To book several services, you will need to book each travel services separately. For each service you book, you will be asked for a different set of information.

What if I want to stay in a different hotel?
All hotels utilized by asianplustravel.com have been carefully inspected by us to ensure that you enjoy the best quality accommodation, service, facilities, and -friendly attitude available in each destination.
In such cases you need to stay in different hotel please feel free to inquire our online agents through the booking form. By the way, you are able to see the rates for the tour package included hotel and the tour package without hotel arrangement.

Do you help me with my domestic and international air arrangement?
We will only be able to help with domestic air arrangement.

Tour package I need is not listed, what should I do?
If you are looking for a tour in our coverage, we are certain we can help you customize your vacation. Give us your preference through our Custom Trip form and our online agent will work with you closely to create your dream vacation package.
