PRIVATE TOUR and JOIN-IN TOUR service?
How can I book your
sightseeing service?
Once you have decided on your services required
please:
Making sure that you give us your e-mail address
and sending it to us.
As soon as we receive your request we will check
the availability of our drivers and vehicles.
We will confirm our availability and total cost
of the service to you by email within 24 business
hours.
Once you desire to book our service, please recheck
that all the details and rates are correct then
return this e-mail to us again.
As soon as we receive your reply email to confirm
your reservation, we will revert to you with all
the confirmed details.
Please pay for travel services by cash directly
to our staff on meeting at the hotel/airport.
Upon payment received, you will receive your receipt
from our staff.
What can I expect
after I have completed my reservation or my booking?
After completing the booking form, our online
agents will return to you within 24 hours. If
our online agents have not been able to confirm
all details as requested, they will advise you
of the elements that have not been able to confirm
and offer alternatives. If you are happy with
the details confirmed, then you will proceed with
the payment process.
How do I know whether
my reservation is confirmed?
We will send you a confirmation by email.
Do I need to guarantee
my reservation with a credit card of deposit?
At the stage of the reservation process you will
not need to guarantee with a credit card or deposit.
How do I make payment?

for your service by credit card?
For your convenience, we offers credit card payment
directly from our web site. We accept payment
by Visa, MasterCard and JCB.
Can you offer us
some discount?
Some discount would be offer only for multiple bookings or return clients. Anyway you can
certain you are getting the best deals because
we provide the best quality of services at reasonable
prices.

in total. Will you provide us a car or van for
our trip?
Normally a car should be available for 3 passenger
but for long journey we will provide a van for
more comfortable trip.
How will I receive
my tour voucher and receipt?
Upon payment received, you will receive your receipt
from our staff.
How can I book several
tours?
To book several services, you will need to book
each travel services separately. For each service
you book, you will be asked for a different set
of information.
Tips?
Gratuities to the guide and driver although customary,
are not required. Any such expression of appreciation
should be made on a voluntary and individual basis.
